


Actors for Autism Programs
Acting Programs - Programs introduce your child to warm-ups, improv games, character building exercises and scene study. This interactive, non-competitive program is structured so the students work with each other to build confidence and self-esteem. Ages six to adult.
Acting Classes are vendored by the Regional Center (Vendor #PD1556).
Social Skills Groups - Our curriculum addreses social skills such as Initial Social Skills, Skills for Expressing Feelings, Social Relationship Skills, Organizational Skills, Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills and Conflict Management Skills. Ages six to adult.

Senior Program - Actors for Autism provides a program for eligible consumers who want to transition to a program focused on seniors. The program is for age 50 and over with a 1:8 ratio. Have fun while making connections with peers. This program is vendored by the Regional Center.
Adult Vocational Academy - The Advanced Media Vocational Academy is an adult job training and hands-on work experience teaching film and Television in a digital age. Students work on dynamic Internet TV productions.
2010 AFA Summer Camps - Our seventh year of Summer Camps includes both animation and film making. Each camp session is one week long, Monday thru Friday, 10AM-3PM. Ages 8 to Adult.
Volunteer at AFA - Volunteers may choose from a variety of volunteer opportunities which may be one-time-only or on-going. We have a special peer mentor program and encourage typical children ages 6-18 to participate. Students earn community service hours for their school. We have a brief volunteer orientation prior to starting any position.
